Gas Processing

The Company structure includes gas-processing plants located in Samara region (JSC Otradnensky GPP and JSC Neftegorsky GPP) and in the Republic of Bashkortostan (LLC Tuymazinskoye GR and GPP Shkapovskoye GPP).

JSC Otradnensky GPP and JSC Neftegorsky GPP process associated petroleum gas supplied from the oil and gas fields of JSC Samaraneftegaz and a technological hydrocarbon mixture supplied from the oil and gas fields of PJSC Orenburgneft to the following product range:

• broad fraction of light hydrocarbons;
• ethane fraction;
• dry stripped gas;
• solid industrial gas sulfur.

In 2016, JSC Otradnensky GPP and JSC Neftegorsky GPP processed 662.4 million cubic meters of associated petroleum gas (264 and 399, respectively). They produced 344.7 million cubic meters of dry stripped gas, 356.2 thousand ton of a broad fraction of light hydrocarbons, 86.0 thousand ton of ethane fraction and 6.9 thousand ton of solid industrial gas sulfur.

At present, JSC Otradnensky GPP and JSC Neftegorsky GPP are implementing a comprehensive program for technical re-equipment.

LLC Tuymazinskoye GPP and LLC Shkapovskoye GPP process associated petroleum gas from the LLC Bashneft-Dobycha oil and gas fields and a broad fraction of light hydrocarbons, producing the following product range:

• technical mixture of propane and butane;
• isobutane fraction;
• normal butane fraction;
• stable gasoline.

In 2016, LLC Tuymazinskoye GPP and LLC Shkapovskoye GPP processed 105.3 million cubic meters of associated petroleum gas (24.7 and 80.6, respectively) and 202.5 thousand ton of broad fraction of light hydrocarbons (99.5 and 103.0, respectively). They produced over 120 thousand ton of the technical mixture of propane and butane, 16.8 thousand ton of isobutane fraction, 33.5 thousand ton of normal butane fraction and 68.6 thousand ton of stable gasoline.
